ZeroTheft Ai LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides cloud-based CCTV monitoring, video management, security alerting, camera administration, analytics, integrations, and related services through [Website URL], our applications, APIs, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

- “Account Information” means information used to create or manage an account, such as a name, business email address, company name, job title, phone number, login credentials, and account preferences.
- “Customer Content” means video, images, audio, camera metadata, documents, incident reports, alerts, notes, personal information, and other materials submitted to the Services by or for a customer.
- “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an identified or identifiable individual.
- “Services” means our websites, applications, APIs, software, hosting, monitoring, alerting, storage, support, and related products.
- “Usage Information” means information about how users access and interact with the website or Services.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Name;
- Business email address;
- Password or authentication information;
- Company name;
- Job title or role;
- Phone number;
- Billing and tax information;

- Visitor, employee, customer, or contractor information;
- Site maps and incident reports;
- Documents and notes;
- Alerts and event data; and
- Other personal or business information.
Customers are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully collect, record, upload, monitor, store, and share Customer Content. Customers should provide all required notices and obtain all required consents or authorizations.
C. Automatically Collected Information
When users access the website or Services, we may collect:
- IP address;
- Browser type and version;
- Device type and identifiers;
- Operating system;
- Approximate location derived from IP address;
- Login and authentication records;
- Date, time, and pages or features accessed;
- Referring and exit pages;
- Application and API activity;

- Process subscriptions, payments, invoices, and taxes;

- It is necessary to provide requested Services;
- We have a legitimate business interest, such as security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement;
- We have obtained consent;

Customers are responsible for determining the appropriate legal basis for Customer Content they submit to the Services.
6. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to:
- Cloud hosting, computing, storage, and backup providers;
- Content-delivery, network, and security providers;
- Authentication and identity-management providers;
- Payment processors;
- Email, SMS, and notification providers;
- Customer-support and communication providers;
- Analytics and error-monitoring providers;
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and consultants;
- Integration providers selected by a customer;
- Government authorities, courts, or law enforcement where legally required; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
Our service providers may process information only for authorized business purposes and under contractual restrictions appropriate to the nature of the information.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share Customer Content with advertisers for targeted advertising.
7. Customer Content and Service-Provider Processing
For Customer Content, the customer generally acts as the controller or business, and we act as the processor or service provider.
We process Customer Content only:
- To provide and secure the Services;
- Under the customer’s documented instructions;
- To provide support;
- To prevent abuse and security incidents;
- To comply with law; and
- As otherwise permitted by the customer agreement or DPA.
Customers may submit requests concerning Customer Content through their account administrator. Individuals whose information appears in customer-controlled footage should generally direct privacy requests to the relevant customer.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies for:
- Authentication and session management;
- Security;
- Remembering preferences;
- Performance monitoring;
- Error detection; and
- Limited analytics.
We do not use advertising cookies in authenticated monitoring areas unless expressly disclosed and permitted.
Users may control cookies through browser settings and, where required, through our cookie-management tool. Disabling essential technologies may affect the functionality of the Services.
9. Analytics and Service Providers
We may use the following categories of providers:
- Cloud hosting, Security and network services, Payments, Error monitoring, Product analytics, Authentication, Email delivery, Customer support, etc..
10. Communications
We may send:
- Account-verification messages;
- Password-reset and security messages;
- Service alerts;
- Camera or system notifications;
- Maintenance and outage notices;
- Billing and payment communications;
- Product updates; and
- Marketing emails or newsletters.
Users may unsubscribe from nonessential marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. We may continue sending transactional, security, legal, and service-related communications.
11. Data Retention

Customer Content is retained according to the customer’s subscription, configuration, written agreement, and applicable retention settings. Following termination, we may delete Customer Content after [7/30/60/90] days, subject to backups, legal obligations, dispute preservation, and technical limitations.
12. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Depending on the Services and customer plan, safeguards may include:
- Encryption in transit and at rest;
- Role-based access controls;
- Multi-factor authentication;
- Access logging;
- Network protections;
- Backups and disaster recovery;
- Vulnerability management;
- Employee confidentiality obligations; and
- Incident detection and response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting credentials, configuring permissions, and securing their connected cameras and networks.
13. International Processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in the user’s country.
Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
14. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to:
- Know or access personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete personal information;
- Obtain a copy of information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent;
- Opt out of sale or targeted advertising;

For Customer Content, requests should generally be submitted to the customer that controls the relevant footage or information.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive equal treatment for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

15. Children’s Information
The Services are intended for businesses and authorized users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Children may incidentally appear in customer-submitted CCTV footage. The customer controlling the cameras is responsible for complying with laws governing that footage.
16. Third-Party Websites and Integrations
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or support integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
